fucks sake its all about how much protein is converted into actual muscle tissue, its not the amount you eat its how efficient your digestive system is.
If you cant absorb the nutrienst nothing will happen, bhanks is a perfect example of how eating doesnt equate muscle tissue
You cannot force muscle growth with more and more food, there is obviously limits. What I'm saying is that humans are pretty similar and big bodybuilders eat a lot comparatively. There is no heavyweight bodybuilder who grows on 50 grams of protein or even 100, no matter how "efficient" their digestive system is. You don't convert 50 grams of protein into muscle tissue if you require 80 grams just for basal metabolic functions - say a 100kg lean bodybuilder who would need approx .8g/kg just for functioning optimally and being healthy.
bhank is most likely limited somewhat by his digestive issues but he has other factors limiting him as well. He doesn't have the amount of muscle fiber some others do genetically. He is digesting plenty despite his issues, he wouldn't weight 230 lean otherwise. He eats a lot sometimes but not at all at other times so it balances out.
