I only deadlifted  at the beginning of my workouts on back day because I watched “the unbelievable “with Coleman

Got up to 495 x3 at the end of a workout 405 x 12 the set before

Had I known what I know now

I’d had just done width exercises and lots of pull down chins and supported rows

I also would have blasted into contests not went low and steady with the supps and nutrition

He was one bad mofo in 2003
