I race dirt cars friday night which pulls a lot of fluid off me so I recover saturday and sunday then start lifting again on mondays.
If you are losing that much fluid from a 30 minute dirt track race at night, you have some serious health issues.
I've done 4 hour races on Saturday and Sunday in the Texas heat and rehydrated in about 12 hours.
I'm thinking you are taking way too much T3 and possible Clen.
Probably on recs too.
Are you taking any diuretics for BP control?
