Simply not true I tape for a reason I Monroe my body fat my strength etc I also take into account bringing up injuries I know where I am now it’s further than I was 2 years ago
In all honesty,all I see with your build is a steady regression.......no progress in even-ing out your body,no leg improvement,no bringing up lagging areas,your curl got stronger but it`s not how an actual strict curl should be performed and I could care less what SCN says about that.....they implemented their own rules cuz it makes the lift easier to perform.
I know I`m old,small,and a hater but that`s truly what I see.
