WOW! This guy looks great, what an inspirational video! This is a top notch production!

This is one of the more professional docu-shorts in the industry! It must have cost the competitor a small fortune to have this made!

Honestly everything is SO STRATEGICALLY designed from the graphics, the sound quality and interview questions that detail this amazing bodybuilding journey step by step are perfect, the exercise selection that focuses on his “key/prominent” muscles, the wardrobe designed to perfectly compliment his physique, even the lighting is outstanding!!!

I love how you leave us on a cliffhanger, wondering how this contest will turn out!

My only suggestion is to have the videos a little longer with even more details. Don’t be afraid to link an Onlyfans account so we can see the “behind the scenes” private material (close up shots of the anal cavity development and what not).

I want to know more about Keith, his training/diet and how he places.

This is him at 220lbs after he has already cut 40lbs from 263lbs. He claims he had visible abs and obliques at 263lbs but doesn't have them now at 220lbs 6 weeks out. I am leaner than this dude and bulking. He is also my age and doing a national level show. Yes his legs are thicker he is shorter but honestly if that is 6 weeks out condition for a national level master division show then I am stage ready condition in 3 days. He isn't going to be a heavyweight once he is in shape. If he is 220 now he is going under 212 by showtime. And you guys say I am bloated holding too much water I want to see this dude at 263lbs

If you’re over 40 and don’t have a pro card, why abuse your body with drugs for a plastic trophy? He last competed in 2018 and was 5th out of 5 guys. Time to hang up the little tiny posing trunks and preserve what health you have left if any. He has children and needs to think of them first, not himself.
