No one is supposed to be dieting if you workout you can just eat until you are full. No one needs to be counting any damn calories. You can't be addicted to working out and not in shape needing to diet sorry no that is not how it works.

I have trained many years with professional cyclists. In fact I put up one guy at my house for three years in South Carolina while he raced in the US. He is currently riding in the Tour de France as I write this- he rides for Trek.
His typical training week while in SC was about 20 hours, or 300+ miles. His calorie burn rate was off the charts. Funny though because he was on a strict diet at the same time. I asked him why count calories and he said because he'd get fat, lol
I wish he'd known bhank while here- because he'd say it wasn't possible hahaha
