Giving people access to community college isn't communism. And educated public benefits everyone as people are more qualified to work and contribute to society. When we set up our public school systems a high school education was enough to get ahead in life. That is no longer the case we are going to fall behind the rest of the world if we don't send our next generation to college. College educated workers make more money and contribute more tax dollars and grow GDP and the economy more than high school graduates.

that's what studies have shown but why did you IGNORE THE OTHER HUGE BENEFITS TO BOTH THE KIDS AND SOCIETY?

I'd rather give a kid free pre-school than have to pay for his/her incarceration, drug rehab, etc..
