in his column Cormier said that there was no way that the picture in Flex of Dugdale incline pressing 495 was real because Dugdale only weighs 205, i agree with him, what do you b itches think?

as a matter of fact Cormier said, "that picture is hard to believe especially watching Ronnie have a hard time with 405 inclines in his video".

I also think Duggy can press 495 on incline (minus 120lbs).

Whats the big deal?? Some guys are leveraged to be better at some moves than others. Maybe hes a bencher, but not a good squater.

when called out about it by a fan.. he said he did it for real

i would say that an offseason Dugdale could prolly incline a tough 365 or so and maybe get 315 for 7 or 8 which is still damn good.

it wasnt 315, but it was 3 plates a side on an ez curl bar. and he DID do it.

when i have time this week im gonna borrow my friends scanner.. and post pics of all these unbelievable lifts ive seen in flex....
but that ernie taylor doin seated extensions with 4 plates on each side stands out in my mind... also a pic of milos spotting atwood doung 6 plates a side incline

Duggy is not a genetic freak, nor a powerlifter.

360-370lbs max on incline, that's it.

they also had an issue awhile back with a guy named Gundersson who was doing some crazy lifts like seated db presses with 190's.

mmm not quite as strong on video..matter as fact for his size gunter is weak from what i've seen....
and jay inlinin 495.. also claude groulx doin 5 plates a side...

on Cutler's video he inclines 405 with his wife's hands on the bar on every rep, don't know how much she takes off the bar but prolly not a whole lot, it's hard to tell how strong Schlierkamp is but i wouldn't put a 365-385 incline past him, supposedly that Gundersson dude was some freak but they never had him in there again that i know of, and i met Groulx in person here at a local show a few years ago when he was at his biggest and there is NO WAY that he could bench 500 from looking at him, he was like 5'6" 235 or so.

I know for a fact that Dugdale subscribes to the Dorian Yates/somewhat Mike Mentzer style of training. This guy doesn't train for reps, so I wouldn't exactly put it past him.
