they have been using fake wood weights for years.   World gym fake 45's.  Ask worldgold gym guy.  There is a photo for Crazee Wear or NPC active wear with Mike Christian holding three of these fake 45' plates in his hand much like a waiter would be doing.  This fake shit has been going on for at least 33 years and probably long before that.

well I don't know much about photography(ok nothing) and I doubt they use quite as much weight as some of the pics...but what is wrong with using fake weights as long as they keep the poundages legit..Maybe some photos take several trys to get a good shot...maybe they need to be able to shoot for long periods of time to get a complete set of quality pictures.It would be difficult for them to work with max poundages for long periods of time during the shoot  without risking injury(such as FUX)...I don't know just a thought.

I said that I wasn't evern convinced the CQ is a woman.

in his column Cormier said that there was no way that the picture in Flex of Dugdale incline pressing 495 was real because Dugdale only weighs 205, i agree with him, what do you b itches think?

I'd believe 405, but 495 in contest condition is a little hard, to conceive, but then again there are those 120lb guys whoe bench 600lb.

The hardcore reference must remain a secret I'm afraid. Just knowing the reason could put lives in danger.

I doubt Chris Lund uses fake weights because every bodybuilder who works with him tells me how hard they work.
