Lying DB Extensions: 1 X 30 (warmup), 5 X 20,15,8,8,then one final set to failure

Pyramided up in weight each set,then dropped wt. on the last set and went for broke

Seated One-Arm Extensions: 4 X 15,12,10,10 (constant weight....less than a minutes rest between sets

Triceps are pumped to the max.

Front Squats- 5 X 10 constant weight,non-lock,heels on 2X4

Unilateral DB Lunges- 4 X 12-15

Romanian Deadlifts w Dumbells- 5 X 12

Calf Raise-5 X failure with static stretches,static holds,and half reps to extend sets

Didn't lift today. I walked fast for an hour and 17 minutes.  Tried to walk as fast as I could.  Felt great.

Walked 10 miles
Supersetted 5 sets of pull downs with 5 sets of wrist curls
Supersetted 5 sets of shrugs with 5 sets of reverse wrist curls
2 sets of calve raises 100,100 superset with ab roller 25,25.
2 sets of heel raises 100,100 superset with crunches 100,100.

I have a desk job during the day. 

I need this time in the am to do this for mental health - just as much physical.

Your arms can be sore from swimming your legs can be sore from biking just because you exercised doesn't mean you lifted weights if weights were not involved you didn't lift yesterday
