Okay look. The things worthy of admiration in Iron Warriors are hard work, consistency, suffering for progress (dieting), good planning, risking failure, and superior performance or results. Plus simple aesthetic beauty, which is very subjective. Sustained effort over time leading to positive change is what deserves praise. But dieting for 2 days or a week, or loading up on a ton of drugs isn't praiseworthy, especially with shitty results. I never won a show, but I always got better, show to show or year to year, especially once I learned how my body reacted, and always learned from failure and came back even better.
When you talk the talk, walk the walk.
