Apolgies for breaking up the bhank shit to talk training but that is Super strong on a low box GR.
After doing these for a while, I was always amazed about how much difference in weight could be handled with just an inch or two shorter box.
I went from feeling strong to a complete wuss.
Also, trying to keep knees parallel or behind ankles makes it harder too.
