Same here. Pretty darn strong lift. Curled it pretty easily it seemed.

30 min warm up

60 min - 15 sets on the 4 minutes

1 min air bike
5 x 315lb deadlift
Sled upper body push across the gym
Sled backward walk across gym
Sled back row across gym
Sled front push across gym
5x med ball slams

30 min - 10 sets - 3 min per set

2 min on stairmaster at level 10
10 x push ups   
6 x step ups on 24" box

  • 375 x 3

Cybex Leg Press (Machine)
  • 500 x 8  (4 Sets)

Leg-Ext / Leg-Curl Supersets
  • (4 Sets)

Cal-Raises, Wrist-Curls, Shoulder-Press Machine (4 sets of each)

Apolgies for breaking up  the bhank shit to talk training but that is Super strong on a low box GR.

After doing these for a while, I was always amazed about how much difference in weight could be handled with just an inch or two shorter box.

I went from feeling strong to a complete wuss.

Also, trying to keep knees parallel or behind ankles makes it harder too.

He already said he did a strict curl with the whole stack on the cable machine……. That’s a minimum of 200 pounds and could easily be 300.

Hopefully SF1900 shows up to the Arnold and embarrasses you.

Touch and go is just using a box as a spotter or trampoline as opposed to box squatting.  I see a lot of twitter "gurus" saying they're box squatting, but really just doing this.

a 495 deadlift?
a 315+ bench?

or are you just gonna try to cock off with niche lifts that no one really cares about, yourself included until you got humbled by the barbell.
 I can do it too, what's your best zercher? what's your best good morning, clean? heaviest sled push? see, no one gives a shit about those lifts,just like no one cares about a strict curl

sitting on a box during a squat is probably the stupidest thing you can do, all your assisting muscles around you spine and your hip flexors relax throwing all the weight directly down on your discs

I have benched 315lbs for 6 reps on incline without a spot. Currently I am recovering from my 4th tear of my right pec so no I don’t bench low reps now. The strict curl is a popular powerlifting movement which is why they have competitions for it at big events like the Arnold Classic and the Olympia
