I am doing great I am actually lifting regularly and getting stronger meanwhile you guys just hate hell everyone of you could have challenged yourselves and posted a strict curl maybe you are all stronger than me after all but no you are all too much of a bunch of pussies to try. And you guys keep talking about squats by all means post some squats post some kind of lift anything you guys just talk shit and say I am weak when we haven't seen a damn thing out of any of you. At least Matt posted his half reps I rate him higher than all of you I bet he would have posted a decent strict curl or at least tried

Yeah that makes sense getting high before attempting a max lift. You know I was at someone else house a very religious household I might add with his wife and kids, but yeah I was just smoking meth and crack between sets. It`s not a powerlift.....the three recognized powerlifts are the squat,bench press,and deadlift.

The squat tests how strong your legs are,bench=upperbody power,and the deadlift tests overall body strength.

What you are doing is what we used to call an odd lift contest.

You can actually just call it a 3/4 rep curling contest to be more precise.

I don't take amphetamines I drink 2 cups of coffee per day. I have had handshakes since I was a child. Just admit you don't lift no one who lifts would possibly think someone was taking amphetamines before a workout

I do challenge myself....every day.   I asked you to do some legless rope climbs.  You refused to take the challenge.

1) it doesn't involve the knees like you were complaining about
2) It takes a lot of bicep strength....which you are claiming you have a lot of
3) It takes a lot of grip strength...which you say you have from your world title run in wrestling
4) It takes a lot of core stability...which you say you beat me on.

Actually I follow arm wrestling as well and the strict curl is big in arm wrestling the Russian guy had the record for a while then an American passed it.
At my old gym years ago we had three worlds arm wrestling champions,and not one of them did strict curls.

BTW,they all won in a REAL organization that had been established for quite some time.
