Same workout slightly better angle and again workout as in afternoon after eating all day.  You can argue I don’t have a 28 inch waist like Wes the Elf no shit I am 220lbs but I don’t have a 40 inch gut either

Could change in the future for sure.

If your blood-work is normal, and you feel normal, there is no "need" for it.
Best to wait until you know it is time. So many jump on in their 20's these days, its hilarious...

Maybe it’s just the angle? Perhaps, all the curling has them regressing?

Considering, your arms are in a semi flexed position.

What do you think is contributing to this regression?

My guess would be age and receptor burn out.

Real TRT (to keep you in-range) will not give you any strength or muscle gain, especially if you are a long-time lifter. If you're talking a cycle, thats different...
600 is awesome, I wouldnt surpress that by injecting TRT...

I don't believe in supplementation for test increases, but this one came from a source I feel credible.

I am going to get my t levels check in Jan after using tongkat ali for the last 7 months or so:

I am not guessing this isn’t something I have read or heard. I am staying from decades of actual personal prescription history they prescribe 1.5-2cc a week at 200-250mg per cc. That is anywhere from 300-500mg. I have seen that dosage from at least 4 different doctors over the years. 1.5-2cc a week is a common dosage. My last prescription was 1.5cc a week at 225mg or 337mg per week. Additionally the type of ester changes the amount of compound you actually get but no one has mentioned that as no one has a fucking idea what they are talking about. You desensitize to testosterone as you age it takes more at 45 to do the same thing it did at 25. What is a normal range and what is ideal is again a subjective opinion every doctor will tell you something different. If they are not an actual specialist in TRT they probably Dont know a fucking thing about it and think 200-1100 is a normal range regardless of age like being in the bottom 5% of 80 year old men is normal for a 25 year old or ideal for a 45 year old. Actual clinical test that everyone references were done at 600mg a week

Odd that you never mentioned that earlier until you read it in the link I posted back in the thread.
