You go on and on about how my right arm sucks and how I must add oil to just my left. I said no nerve damage just need to keep training give it time. No oil  Arm is not great but it is all mine. I think training heavy for a couple weeks then going back to volume is Exactly the stimulus the right arm needs to improve. It may not be great but it’s getting better and I know it will be better this time next year as will be my legs back and everything else after another year of consistent training. So you guys just keep telling me how I am doing everything wrong I am just going to keep doing me

Or a month ago they put up a sign at my gym saying curling contest and 2 weeks ago they had a curling clinic so I am giving it a try I will be back to squatting the following week meanwhile you still don’t lift at all

If the sign said squatting contest I would be squatting twice a week

I don’t really care either way it’s good training regardless my first strict curl contest I don’t expect to win but yeah I am strong enough that I can enter and represent my gym against the guys coming from out of town. There is a 400lb guy with a 218lb curl coming I don’t expect to curl more than him. But I don’t have arms of oil I am not 58 185lbs and I am not weak. I will hit an advanced lift for the 220lb open division because yeah I have good arms for a 220lb weightlifter because I am godn beast

So you sit on your couch and polish the trophy you got for dieting down to 190lbs with your 16 inch arms these 19s are going to curl some heavy weight

are you changing your "TRT" protocol for this contest?

assuming ramping up the dose to your standard 1000 mg a week.

Your lack of basic knowledge is showing again. I don’t pin my arms never have never will however you seem to think there is a correlation between site injections and androgen receptors? Both my arms have grown in the last few years admittedly they simply regain previous size but both have grown. The right arm is still smaller than the left but it’s less than an inch. If the left is good then the right can’t be that bad

I go at 5:45 AM (start around 6 AM) and I found the conditioning room (separate) is always empty w/ the lights off.
So I have it to myself on the days I want to use it. It has the basics:

Kettlebells
Battle Ropes
Turf
Strongman Tires
EliteFTS Sled
Giant Cage System thing w/ all crazy attachments
Heavy Bags
Rowers
Spin Bikes
Assault Bike
Farmers Walk
Dumbbells & Powerblocks

etc...

Looking FWD to doing more of this on my off-days from lifting.
