at 4 am can do whatever i want. Its like Disney Land for fitness
I go at 5:45 AM (start around 6 AM) and I found the conditioning room (separate) is always empty w/ the lights off.
So I have it to myself on the days I want to use it. It has the basics:
Kettlebells
Battle Ropes
Turf
Strongman Tires
EliteFTS Sled
Giant Cage System thing w/ all crazy attachments
Heavy Bags
Rowers
Spin Bikes
Assault Bike
Farmers Walk
Dumbbells & Powerblocks
etc...
Looking FWD to doing more of this on my off-days from lifting.
