I have also had labrum repairs to both shoulders and have some bone loss in the one now as well. As others have stated it just takes time some movements like overhead dumbull presses still feel a little strange less stable than before. Turning the page in a book will bother it kind of like rotator stuff. I try and use lighter weight although sometimes it’s repetitive reps that bother it more than heavy weight. The main thing is just to pull back and rest if it starts bothering you. But I did bench 364lbs after my shoulder surgeries and repairs have torn a pec since then but the point is you can come back from a labrum repair or 3

I can tell from your pics you have horrible shoulder mobility.  Classic upper crossed syndrome.  You do jack shit to keep them as healthy as you keep complaining about them.  Oh wait, youve read every rehab journal ever put out.

I'll get a pic up eventually.

Just today scored change plates - brand new set of 1s, .75, .5, .25 lbs......these normally go for 100 bucks, got for 25.

I like my 1-lb plates.  The jump of +5 lbs on the barbell with the 2.5-pounders is often too much for me to stay in the rep range I want to stay in, so they help me make progress more consistently.  Or at least I tell myself that.

I’ve found that I love 1,1.25 and 1.5 lb plate mates for going up on dumbbells or whatever but I use them on dbs and they are Great, just enough weight to feel you are progressing and not to much to slow you down exactly as you said.

Those small incremental plate are great for progressing,even if only a little at a time.

Simply not true but again you are missing the point we are being exposed to drugs and estrogenic chemical contaminants in our environment that are affecting our hormonal levels.  No one has natural levels anymore due to this. We need to take an active roll in managing them now. We literally have gender fluid fish the water is so polluted.

He is soft he beat 2 middle aged munchkins at 154lbs his pro card doesn't make him a real 200 plus pound bodybuilder. Put up a pic I guarantee my so called atrophied arm is still better than both of yours. I have no atrophy or nerve damage. I have a pec tear that causes me not to flex the right pec as hard so as not to show the tear. But the tissue is still there. The right bicep is also fine. I had a right tricep surgically reattached 20 plus years ago that now has a higher attachment point now which makes the tricep look less full. The left arm not the right actually had a tendon bicep cut during a shoulder surgery that changed its shape so it is more peaky that the right. The right bicep is good. But the size difference between the left and right arms is about 3/4 of an inch and it's due to the tricep not the bicep. Most peoples arms are about 1/2 an inch difference anyway. So yeah one arm is 19 pumped and the other is about 18.25. You can take back a 1/4 inch on both if cold. Anyway you slice it I am still fucking jacked at 220+ and dwarf the guy.

Can’t sleep just had a steak sandwich so not an empty belly but this is current middle of the night 224lb post steak sandwich condition and it ain’t bad. In fact I would say arms down the right arm bicep actually looks better as does the right shoulder  than the left but yeah everything looks pretty damn good as of now size and condition and balance my strength is also high eating so fuck all the haters.
