Stamina for time, 3 rounds consecutive:
20 inch DB box step ups x 10 per
10 ab raise on bench'
200m run at 9 rpe
15 push up
Stamina 4 rounds, 2 min rest:
Airdyne 30 cal as fast as possible (called for 50 but fuck that)
Hold bottom of squat for 60 sec
Recovery:
Hip airplane x 5 per
Hip rollback x 5 per
Hold bottom of squat x 3 min
