This one kind of crushed me yesterday at the end.

Warmup:
Airdyne 2 min
3 min sled pull
3 sets:
Banded GM x 10
KB swing x 10
Elevated SS x 10 per leg

Strength one:
Power clean 3 x 2 at 90% of 2RM

Strength two:
Front squat 2 x 10 at 70% of 3RM

Stamina for time, 3 rounds consecutive:
20 inch DB box step ups x 10 per
10 ab raise on bench'
200m run at 9 rpe
15 push up

Stamina 4 rounds, 2 min rest:
Airdyne 30 cal as fast as possible (called for 50 but fuck that)
Hold bottom of squat for 60 sec

Recovery:
Hip airplane x 5 per
Hip rollback x 5 per
Hold bottom of squat x 3 min

To be honest this looks like a bunch of fucking nonsense

Couldn't care less about your thoughts on the matter because you view everything through your warped lens, and aren't open to other's goals and methods.  If you were open minded would definitely have a discussion.

It was programmed by Soflete.  In seven weeks my strength, stamina and mobility have improved greatly, and I feel fuckin' great.  I've completely revamped my squat form as well.

Could I get there without it?  Of course.  But the challenge keeps it interesting, and having a program laid out for me pushes me harder.

Im doing a "starter kit" to what you guys do, but the heart/lungs get worked.
I need to improve there and I will. I will substitute some things around (tire-flips, farmers, etc) but 40 mins for a while until it gets easier.

This will only be 2-days a week on my "off-days" from lifting.

Good stuff man.  Keep it going.  Conditioning shit just makes you feel better overall as you get older, and won't impede any strength gains. Body will adapt.

today we did the following :

15 minute warm up

60 min of the following - little to zero rest

1 min airbike

2x battle rope hand over hand row attached to heavy sled and push back across the gym   

5 x 315lb hex bar deadlift

5 x pull up

5 x close grip low T bar row

5 x 135lb barbell row


30 min

Walk 30 sec
10x Burpee + Tire Flip

Walk 30 sec
20x Prone Row w 30lb DB

Walk 30 sec -
Bicep Curls - w 35's

Walk 30 sec -
Tricep extensions w 35's

Walk 30 sec
15 situps 


Ended with 15 min on stairmaster.

Lose the fucking ego, half that weight on the bar and stop going full retard ffs. Chase the pump or gtfo.

That was painful to watch.  What a waste of time with this ego nonsense.  If he banged out 15 reps solid at 135 - slow and controlled - that would have been 10x more impressive.
