It was programmed by Soflete. In seven weeks my strength, stamina and mobility have improved greatly, and I feel fuckin' great. I've completely revamped my squat form as well.
Could I get there without it? Of course. But the challenge keeps it interesting, and having a program laid out for me pushes me harder.
