What he refuses to grasp - any of us, even a grandma or near crippled 75 yo man, could do his workouts without blinking an eye or breaking a sweat.   He however, would die and be in the hospital within 15 minutes if he tried anything we do.

I posted an exact strict curl workout recently 3 of them in fact go ahead give it a try see if you can do it

it’s just a couple sets of curls should be less than a warmup for you let me know how far you make it

Ummmm...Well I am close to the second example, LOL!  I am not yet allowed (again) to train with weights.  The last time I could do squats was well over a decade ago and I was even then, older than he is now.  I did multiple sets of 20 reps with 300lbs to 400lbs.  I used stands made by my late brother and a pair of sawhorses in the event I could not complete a rep.  My best leg extension at home was 225lbs. for one set of 100 reps.  That was hard, almost as hard as my 100 rep squat with 225lbs in the mid '80s.  I was shaking  on that one, LOL!

Those days are long gone and yes, I have difficulty with but continue to accept that reality, but as Lone Watie would say, I endeavor to persevere!  ;D

How is it a waste of time? Yes I know you hit arms some on back and chest day but don’t they deserve a little more attention than that??? You sound like a high school football coach curls are for girls go do some squats lol I train like a man I do what is fun and what I like and despite the hate it’s working I stay leaner lifting like a man and eating than people get sweating to the oldies and dieting like women. Train like a man

What’s the point of curls I don’t I know bigger fucking arms for one

And you said you can do my workout not hey I don’t train arms but I can do any workout that doesn’t requiring training arms well try it let me know if you can actually do it

Biceps/Triceps,Forearms:

Super-Set # 1:
{Barbell Curls - 4 sets
{Skullcrushers - 4 sets

Super-Set # 2:
{Seated Hammer Curls - 3 sets
{Seated One-Arm Extensions - 3 sets

Barbell Wrist Curls - 5 sets

This was the first time I did any direct triceps work since I hurt my elbow.....stayed light and did very high reps....no undue pain and my Triceps blew up like a balloon.
