No issue with bhank having fun doing a contest. To each his own. Would not personally do that because with short bicep muscle bellies, I'd rip a tendon for sure.
Today for me was polar opposite - light PT on day 6 of the week. Designed to get a light sweat and keep moving, but nothing taxing before rest day:
2min airdyne
3 min sled pull / push
3 sets:
30 sec hang
10 jump over box burpee (for the record I don't like burpees, think they're kind of dumb)
5 pull up
6 sets, 30 sec rest, ground to overhead (basically lift awkward object off ground overhead)
60 lb sandbag
80lb sandbag
120lb sandbag
88lb KB
120lb sandbag
120lb sandbag
10 supersets / no rest at all:
10 push up
10 bent over DB rows, single arm
fin. easy.
