If you lift weights you will add muscle which speeds up your metabolism. Cardio is an extremely inefficient way to lean out. Your heart rate is raised lifting weights as well. Like I said I am lifting heavy to get stronger and bigger and you guys are sweating to the oldies to lose your bellies big difference.

You realize I have a fast metabolism because I have been an athlete my entire life. You don't just get a fast metabolism for life if you sit on the couch all day. Running around in a circle doing jumping jacks may break more of a sweat but it is a much less effective workout to boost your metabolism vs heavy weight lifting. You also need to eat a lot of protein as in food to reach your full potential. Once you reach your full size you will lean out as you continue to train. But you are never going to maintain a lean physique at an unnaturally low bodyweight. You need to make your natural weight that your body wats to be your lean weight through heavy lifting and eating. You are doing it all wrong. Heavy weightlifting is man training running around in a circle is just sweating to the oldies that is pussy training.

I am a lot leaner after 3 days of heavy lifting not breaking a sweat than I am if I take 3 days off or do 3 days of sweating running around in a circle.

When you create micro tears in the muscle it takes a ton of energy and calories for your body to repair itself the next week your net change in daily energy needs aka your change in metabolism is greater from a half hour of heavy lifting not breaking a sweat than 4 hours of cardio sweating off a gallon of water and electrolytes those are easy to replace it take a lot more energy to repair micro tears in the muscle.

This is the part you dumbfucks don't understand and funny you say I am skinny and Joswift and Webster claim I have a massive 40 inch gut meanwhile I am 225lbs with a 34 inch waist not skinny and no gut either

You may also want to ask her if she is taking bio, identical, hormones from multiple doctors. But it’s OK though because there’s no classification on recommended dosage

I nearly died these pics are 2 months apart there was no contest I was just walking around like this. I even had a death face 24/7 I had no fat. Looking back I can see the progression from the beginning of the summer until the fall 2019 when I started getting organ failure. So fuck no I am not worried about getting fat it’s not even on my radar as a concern. I can’t get fat I have no fat cells and yes I can get shredded in a day. My body will cannibalizes itself in 24 hours if I miss meals.

Is this lean enough or do you want me to die?
