Nothing is atrophied everything is growing. I am fuller than before the muscle is denser the weight is more solid my digestion is coming back as well and I am just starting back up with the training.I look lumpier than  I have been before I am at my fat weight and looking very solid 3d. My strength is also great right now. No injuries are bothering me I can train hard right now. Very happy with current status.

Go get your Eyesight checked- there's a huge disparity between left & right side ,
Instead of pretending to not see it / ignoring it Go find out what is causing it to happen .

Observation Brian your bicep looks much more impressive  from the inside when flexing with the hand up.   

Mine were the opposite.  Looked better at the side.  My insertions were stupidly long so I had a shitty peak
