All I know is I will be stronger at the end of 2023 than 2022. The heavy curls have actually helped the injured right chest. The narrow grip strict curl squeeze is pushing blood into it like low cable crossovers. Really helping pump up that injured tissue. The bench press strength and stability is finally starting to return the tie in which was holding back the training feels much stronger than before. Additionally the upper back and lat does come into play as a stabilizer in the strict curl honestly your entire body comes into play when you start getting heavy. I am not training for condition I am training for strength which just so happens to get me into condition. I am not bulking I am just eating when hungry and letting the body do it's thing. The right arm is closing the gap rapidly. Still concerned with elbow issues if I do too much tricep work but seems to be doing ok will start to increase gradually. The legs feel good. I know how to bring out the leg detail. Tentative plans are a strict curl contest at 220lbs and maybe a show at heavyweight 225lbs. No plan to go much outside that range this year just going to focus on dialing things in and getting stronger. I do feel the injuries are better and ready for progressive heavier training now.

Arms are showing detail and size I am getting stronger

why dont you eat normally for three days and take a couple of good shits and weigh in at 205

Obviously that's narrowed him too much,  face too long now. I haven't got access to photoshop to put it right, the lense skew doesn't stretch out in an equal ratio.

Do a low cable crossover for lower chest. Then go do a strict curl you are squeezing the same area. It is strengthening my chest.

when you posted a photo of you and your fiance going to the party your head wasnt three times the size of hers, why is it so big in the above photo?

I just made your head and body the same size as in previous photos

Are you doing overhead dumbell extensions? They put too much pressure or drag on my elbows until they were so sore and tender, knocking them was horrendous.
Kickbacks and pushdowns take that away and now I'm pretty much pain free.
Anytime I had sore elbows from doing heavy Skullcrushers or Extensions I would start my triceps training off with 3-4 light sets of pressdowns for 30-50 reps,then lighten my poundages a bit on the Skulls and Extensions and do slightly higher reps also......works every time.....or you could simply rest the Triceps until soreness was reduced or normalized, or reduce weight and use impeccable form with higher reps.

I do all kinds of rep ranges....but I think Triceps generally grow best using higher reps.

Just my 2 CC`s !

Measure your neck with a noose while you`re at it pencil neck !

Claims a 19 inch neck at the fictitious bodyweight of 225 while,mine measures 17.5 at only 175-180.....the he rags on me for training neck.

Newsflash asshole, when you get older do you want your neck to look like most old fucks. with a turkey neck?

Not that you`ll  be around all that long with the life expectancy of a fruit fly.

I do one direct exercise for triceps, rope pulldown/extensions.
They work the whole three heads of the muscle and they take you through a full range of motion if you do them properly.
Most people go too heavy and hardly engage the tricep at all.

Great advice.....my favorite Triceps exercise is Seated Extensions with either a BB or DB cuz it`s the only exercise IMO that you get a full total stretch of the Tris.

Most importantly....do what works for you as a person as we all respond differently.

It's called volume deformation and can't just be altered with shrinking the image down, his head is at an angle so just decreasing the pixels horizontally won't work. Brian of course likes to think he's that big compared
to everyone else but a blind man can see the pixels are skewed at that side, its a common thing to happen.
