It's not even a feet of strength at 15 reps it's just cardio let me quit vaping for a week and see the difference but why that is just cardio
1) YOU posted 225 x 15.....could only manage 13 before your lungs gave out.
2) I supposedly am 180lbs and out of shape. Yet I wasn't gassed....and did more reps
3) I didn't need a belt and lifting shoes to get depth
4) My hamstrings are on my calves....you have 2ft before you're at parallel
5) I didn't blow out a bicep squatting
6) I'm not on any HRT or TRT
7) I am almost 10 years older than you
