After reading through all of this, I still see no reason explaining why it was claimed "225 x 15"?  I cannot believe there isn't just an admission of "yeah, I was wrong".  WE CANNOT GET PAST THIS!  And it is just going to lead to more owning as happened here.  Owned big time.

Another great question. Brian, why can’t you honestly admit you lied on your YouTube video and it’s clearly not 15 reps.

From the same video you can tell it’s 2 plates because there is a hole in the plate and you would be able to see through one plate or you could zoom in and see the line. Idiot and again I have squatted more than that if krank wants to make it a contest let’s go heavier

Full depth is overrated with the squat and full range of motion with most exercises.

Great work!  I'm not to the end of this thread but I can't believe what I'm reading.  The whole point was he posted something titled "225 x 15", why start talking that trash? And it was only 13 and it's never been explained or admitted to being wrong.  And I can't believe there haven't been attempts since to actually do 15 and post that video to show he actually can do that.

And then he comes on here and calls it cardio and shits on someone who did it?  And claiming excuses all while being on TRT, GH, and likely other stuff also.

Why would you want to start challeging people on either weight or cardio?

We know you cant get anywhere near 400, and Im certain you would gas out doing moderate weights as you do zero cardio so why are you clamouring for a competition?

I have already squatted 365 for legal depth that’s pretty close to 400. No one ever told me we were having a 225 for reps contest. I posted a set from a workout it was never meant to be a feat of strength. But I have also posted heavier squats. Since Krank has a camera that works now let’s at least make it interested and see him squat heavier he should be able to do it. I never asked for a squat off but if we are going to have one put some weight in the bar

His camera always worked....he posted a deadlift video before but your soft ass doesn1`t do deadlifts.
