Everyone of those is a cardio based activity you don’t want to see who can lift more and the only lift you want to compete are deadlift and squat which go on my knees real fair competition. What actually matters arms chest shoulders what lift correlates to an actual bodybuilder build with big arms and shoulders strict curl.

Strict standing military press

Pull up for reps

225 flat bench press for reps

Rules:

Any registered getbig members are welcome to participate.

To participate, upload videos of proof your lift on getbig in each different category.

Winners of each category will be acclaimed with the title of true getbig warrior.

Loser must upload a video on getbig with a sign written “I’m getbig’s bitch” to apologize for his stupidity.

Disclaimer:

All categories above are absolute final categories for this contest. Due to the concern of getbig members’ safety and sanity, absolutely no other categories, such as bicep-ripping, vaping,  blood-shitting, vomiting, beach standing, head denting, rag rolling, wife beating, ass cracking and etc. will be added to this contest.

Weirdest thing....

I just got done with a massage and the therapist made a very odd comment.

"Your legs seem a little tight...usually I only see things like this when someone delivers a brutal owning to an ass clown online"

I had to tell her the story of Bhanks' pathetic attempt at a squat and all she could say was "Wow, is he one of those douche bags that thinks a strict curl is something impressive?"

I was just agreed and enjoyed the rest of the massage.

I curled 156.5 at my first contest. I will curl more next time but yeah I needed some fractional plates and a better curl bar with longer sleeves.

Anything over 160 starts breaking state and age group records 170 plus and you are competing in the top open division competitions

I should find a competition. I curl more than 156.5 for reps with a straight Olympic  bar.

You posted a video of yourself doing 225# squats.  You obviously felt like they were so great/relevant that you needed to post the video.  You CLAIMED you did 15 reps.  The video CLEARLY shows that was a lie.  You achieved only 13 reps.  Furthermore, the video CLEARLY shows how much of an effort it was to get those.

1) you vape daily....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  Why should this mater if you are always "in shape"

2) you have bad knees so why should you be challenged....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  YOU are the one who was squatting heavier and heavier and heavier.  You did that all on your own.

3) His warm-up set looked prettier, but what about heavier weight....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  If that set looked 100x more effortless than yours, what do you think will happen with heavier weights?

4) Krank is melting / a fat slob / weak....OBJECTION OVERRULED.  I am clearly in better shape than you.  Also, if I weigh 40 POUNDS LESS than you, what does that say about me? I will turn the court's

5) You are stronger than me in everything....OBJECTION OVERRRULED.  Please refer to exhibit "a" below.  You have invoked the Wilk score in the past so I am using it now.  I used both of our bodyweights...and I gave us each only 1# on the other lifts.

Your honor, members of the jury...clearly we have someone who went out and tried to show how impressive he is, or rather how impressive he thinks he is.  The facts show that he was owned and destroyed again.  The defendant has a propensity of picking on people who he thinks are weaker and beneath him (women, people on the internet) but time in and time out the defendant ends up on the losing end.  We ask that the court remove his blue stars and replace them with pink hearts.

I would also note for the record that the below Wilks calculator does not include any "strict curl" category because that is no more powerlifting event than a peach cobbler eating contest.

By all means go enter e competition then but a strict curl is a lot harder than a regular standing curl
