It’s funny you say that because my leg injuries are what first got me into the gym training seriously to begin with but yes I have injuries and setbacks I could not walk 4 years ago. All things considering I thing my legs are doing GREAT right now. Saying I never trained legs is just not accurate

Like I said you guys keep doing jumping jacks and burpees I prefer heavy curls it’s also a good core workout the abs are stabilizers in the standing curl the traps the lats the front delts all come into the lift. But the power is weird it’s like it builds up and you need a release after that extra day. I enjoy it I know my age you think I should be on the Assualt bike and stair stepper doing battle ropes and kegel exercises with you guys but I prefer heavy lifting

What do you think I have been doing? Again my legs are doing great they are functional and strong not worried about it. My strength is improving regardless what you guys think

I think that for mass leg presses,hacks,front squats,and high reps squats, are gonna` build your leg mass a lot more efficiently that fucking leg extensions you lazy fuck!!

Trust me on this,I would never say great workout to you even if you ever really managed to do one.

If you ever did do one, it would be by sheer accident as you have no clue as to how to train.

And today I feel great I can squat 350lbs plus and I can run my bench is getting stronger every week I did lose about 100lbs of the top when I tore the pec but it is coming back. Arms are literally half an inch difference in size and bigger than they have ever been. I am lean right now as I have not been trying to bulk for a while and the body is getting leaner every week. Haven’t felt this good in years

Leg extensions have always given me the best results but I am also doing squats I feel they work the glutes and hams but as far as quads and detail leg extensions all the way. It’s amazing though taking a day off is fine but if you train one exercise for 180 reps instead of 3 for 90 you are a pussy lol  my lowe back has been bothering me so I just did leg extensions I could have just gone to bed
