Again as I showed in my previous pic leg extensions are very effective and sets of 25-30 you seem to think all sets are the same that is 180 reps if I did 18 sets of 10 on 3 different exercises you would say great workout what is the difference? Exactly moron
I think that for mass leg presses,hacks,front squats,and high reps squats, are gonna` build your leg mass a lot more efficiently that fucking leg extensions you lazy fuck!!
Trust me on this,I would never say great workout to you even if you ever really managed to do one.
If you ever did do one, it would be by sheer accident as you have no clue as to how to train.
