If thats true why did you step onstage 20lb overweight?

I would have been in the hospital if I had cut another pound ducking nonsense my entire system got deathly ill from making 198 and you want me to drop another 20. What part of I could not get any food down after weighs in did you miss? My system organs were shutting down at 198 I was 206 on stage just from sipping water

One is a Seated Press,and the other is a Military Press......military insinuating that you should be almost standing at attention "military style" with the KNEES LOCKED while pressing to a full complete lockout beginning the press at the clavicle/upper pec area from a dead stop/start without any backbend or at least very minimal backbend.

Now listen up Mr. Mensa,class is once again in session!

The reason Seated Presses are easier is that you can push your back tightly against the pad on the press station......also,you get a lot of extra drive during the movement by pushing your feet hard against the floor when the lift  begins to become more difficult.......also as difficulty increases,you will press your back even harder against the back pad thus resulting in more stabilization.

YOU KNOW JACKSHIT ABOUT BODYBUILDING!

Again I am going to disagree I have done an overhead press before it is harder seated

I weighed in at 198 I am 206 on stage with no food so yes that is a gallon of water it was the only way I could get any sugar down and look at me I am dying also you keep showing a pic of me clearing not flexing or paying attention exhausted after 3 divisions on 0 food because I couldn’t keep it down. I looked much better at 220lbs a week prior and for fuck sake that’s 2 years ago. I am 225 in the am right now with abs and you want me to cut to what 40-50lbs why? Should I cut a leg off?

Not a great idea since one of your legs weighs about 2.5 pounds and that`s counting in the nuts,screws,and bolts.

It is harder seated if you compare to a standing push press because you can use  momentum and leg drive on the standing press.

It is easier seated than a standing strict press because you can brace your back against the seat for stability on the seated.

Well, you just made the point, staring militarily press is harder than seated one, because your back has support when seated.

Why is curling against wall with back support harder than regular standing strict curl?
