Normally we are told that one's own worst enemy resides between our ears but I think we call all agree that in the case of this particular person there is nothing there to fear.  So then. Who is to blame?

Why do I have to be standing? You guys said military press I saw they had a seated military press and busted out 8 reps with 135lbs rather easy after doing heavy bench press. I never said I was going to video tape myself standing military pressing 155lbs. I said that's not a worthy challenge and it isn't. No one ever mentioned standing until after I did them seated. I may not do standing military presses but years ago I would do 3 sets of power clean and presses at the end of my workouts for fun so I know a standing 155lbs press is nothing At this point I am alwyas going to do a seated version over a standing version of anything. Dudes be cheating when they stand they bend the knees and use momentum you cant do that seated. Again I say the seated is harder

Wrong, I gave you the standards for a STRICT PRESS....which is done standing.  Multiple people also mentioned how you can have no bend in the knees or re-dip once the bar is in motion overhead.  YOu just simply chose to gloss over it and ignore it.

I would have been in the hospital if I had cut another pound ducking nonsense my entire system got deathly ill from making 198 and you want me to drop another 20. What part of I could not get any food down after weighs in did you miss? My system organs were shutting down at 198 I was 206 on stage just from sipping water

Well, you just made the point, staring militarily press is harder than seated one, because your back has support when seated.

Why is curling against wall with back support harder than regular standing strict curl?

You must be kidding? Curling with nothing behind you gives you movement to use other stuff to get the bar up, ass and upper back and shoulders against a wall it’s all explosive from the biceps to pull it up, no cheating.

Saying press is harder cause you are trying to balance and have to use whole body sitting gives you support and you won’t fold in half.

Those are Hebrew National Franks fresh buns it's actually a mixed shredded cheese (multiple types of cheese) and yes homemade venison chili the venison came from a local hunter and my girl made the chili those were probably the best chili dogs I have ever had.

You didnt do that after heavy bench pressing and again I was just refamiliarizing myself with the lift and making sure I remembered correctly that 155 wasn't shit. I think if I can press 135lbs for 8 after bench I can hit 155 for more when fresh. The biggest issue was the lift off as I had not used that setup before. I also prefer dumbells and I do have some shoulder instability from 3 shoulder surgeries so no I do not try and go heavy on shoulder presses anymore.

I've lost track, are the 3 shoulder injuries including on the running chronology of injuries being kept here?  Are the shoulders bone on bone?

Still easier cause no matter what the body will find a way to lift the weight. I’ve been doing strict curls for many years and when you stand against a wall or pole/beam whatever it takes most body English away. But if not going to heavy then not having a wall behind you won’t make much of a difference I guess.

Look at this one, 165 lbs strict curl, but can he strict standing barbell curl the same? Highly doubt it.

Also, there are tons of videos of strict curls with over 150, 170 and 200 lbs online and on social media, but I never see any video of strict standing barbell curl with 200 lbs.

Can you show me a video of strict standing barbell curl 200 lbs, no body swinging, no against wall, no half squat knee bounce, arm fully extended from the beginning, upper body keeping up straight during the full rep?
