Thats not legal you cant dislocate your shoulder on one side and dip it a foot lower than the other the rules say you have to keep it even.

Also they just announced today they will be competing on the main stage at the Arnold I think that is something to aspire to. I didn't qualify this year as I had only 1 month of training before my first meet, but I hope to next year.

Such a narcissistic douche assembly.

What weight do you use in you're standard barbell curl that translates well into your strict curl?
I have literally posted me strict curling (you know when its impossible to cheat) more than that multiple times

It’s not my fault you don’t understand how a strict curl vs a standing barbell curl works. Here is an idea tell me how I only have one arm and a 40 inch gut what did SC say I had a Fupa? Morning condition looks good to me maybe a little flat but no worries it’s arm day today and I am cooking breakfast.

Funny I just looked up beta blockers and it’s blood pressure medication no Anabolics or androgens I have mentioned many times I don’t take any blood pressure medication my blood pressure is in the ideal range without any medication

Wow another fat slob who doesn’t lift trying to explain how a lift I do twice a week works. You are not leaning backwards against the wall your butt it also on the wall. That is what makes it so much more difficult than just standing and doing a curl as your body will absolutely move regardless of the weight used. You think rob and I have never done a standing barbell curl? You think we are just making it up when we say it is harder against a wall? Try it and find out nope just keep doing geometry with a pen and protractor and explaining it wrong morons

I think what you were looking for here is called : physics.

Again why ask what you can learn yourself through training and lifting. Standing barbell curls are easier if you don’t believe me go do some TRAINING and find out. I have a set training program I am not going to change it around to do some getbig lifting challenge with made up rules all because you guys don’t understand what a strict curl is vs a standing barbell curl not my problem go train and figure it out yourself.  I matter what I do you will all just claim the form is bad or look see I am shaking and clearly can barely do it or that’s all you can do I can do double etc etc etc. my strict curl speaks for itself if you think I am weak strict curl more than 160lbs and show me you are stronger then tell me about curling and lifting and arm training

If you can strict curl 100lbs you can barbell curl 100lbs and then some. If you actually paid attention to what matters around here and had tried some of the training you argue about all day everyday you would know that. I don’t need props from you I am disappointed in you. Be better stop arguing and start lifting all the answers you will find if you actually train.
