He's been training a long time.

Works hard in the gym and eats plenty of grass fed beef (rinsed of course) and wala wala onions.

His dedication to the iron is unmatched. He has been training "full time" for decades.

It's not the roids. I doubt he takes more than 300mg of Test every 7 days and a few Dbols a week. He has an amazing "genetic response" to the gear.

He has those African genetics and trains "intense" like a "warrior".

We'd all be as big as him if we ate like him and trained "hard" for decades.
