If people had natural immunity and/or no comorbidities, they had no reason to get a vaccine.  That aspect was ignored.

The mandate happened as Delta was changing to Omnicrom.  Omnicrom is what ended the pandemic.

The initial surge was quite deadly with some serious complications. Most people are not healthy.
