I had good arms but I havn't trained seriously in over 3 years now. Had 18,5 naturally almost 19.

Im probably down at 16 inch arms for all i know now. Going for that Christian Bale Machinist/Auswitz look. Also I had a proximal bicep strain so my one of my arms will not look good again without surgery.
