It takes time to recover... Hopefully they can find the exact problem.
This evening I did flat cable presses between a double pulley, zero pain in my delts. I was lucky, because this is always the most popular "machine" in the gym.

my 1st older woman (who was 37 when i was 19) had an ass like this and she was almost 60 kg...

but she was 180 cm tall ;D
