Pretty girl. What the hell is 'skeleton'?

On a side note, keeping up with black firsts is pretty exhausting when it's boiled down to the point that we're 'celebrating'  the first black member of the U.S. skeleton team. You wouldn't know she's black unless anybody told you. You wouldn't know what the skeleton team is unless anybody told you.

I mean whats next? The first black woman in U.S. history to re-upholster a 1985 Ford Tempo? How far are we going to boil this down?
