It's one of those Great Demoralization efforts, instantiating the underlying claim that objective reality doesn't exist and reality is anything you believe it to be.
It would be fine, except that person would lose his/her job as an ICU nurse over it. My gf's "Aged Care Training" was a similar exercise in postmodernist hoop jumping, including transexuality, homosexuality, racial awareness, cultural awareness, etc, on and on, and it was almost entirely devoid of information on how to look after old people. I called it Prayer Rugs For Gay Muslims Training. There was nothing about how to help an elderly person stand up out of a chair. It was all woke stuff instead. Frighteningly inapplicable. Woke to the point of negligent.
It's hard to miss the goofiness of applying the binary conditions of truth and falsity when the presumption is that there's no such thing as truth or reality.
