Go very low carb is my suggestion. 

Best foods to eat:
Meat, eggs, fish
Non-starch vegetables (green like broccoli)
Berries (but sparingly)
Cheese, cream
Nuts, seeds
Butter, healthy oils

I have dropped all dairy. I am eating eggs forgot that one and butter. I am not eating nuts and seeds my body can not digest them I have to avoid non soluble fiber and only eat cooked soluble fiber. I am not eating any uncooked vegetables and only the ones high in soluble fiber not unsoluble as will cause bloating for me.

Nuts and seeds are excellent sources of healthy fats, fiber, and protein. That’s exactly why both of them are not recommended for people with Crohn’s disease. Many people with Crohn’s cannot properly digest them, which causes irritation to the lining in the gut.

No the goal is 205lbs in 2 weeks that is the classic limit. Found a show should make weight Fridy then step on stage around 210 Saturday

Whatever you say I think I look great and I think the judges will agree in 2 weeks. Also are you blind I am slightly twisting my hips to make the waist look smaller dumbass one side is slightly dipped lower Arnold did this to minimize his waist and CBum recommends it as well.

This week I have modified my diet to reduce intestinal bloating. Next week I will monitor my fluid and further reduce estrogenic water retention. The last 2 days I will lower my calories. The last 24 hours I will drop the water. I do not plan to use a diuretic. I want to be full and pumped on stage not depleted.

The classic weight limit for me is 205lbs which is 7lbs heavier than light heavy so still weighing in as a heavyweight

No they are not the body is twisted in the pic from the back the lats look exactly the same. You can argue the arm (It is half to 3/4 of an inch smaller) but that is not the lat the lat is fine
