Great job man, that's super-impressive!  Looks like ~500 lbs or so?  I'm about half your age and would struggle to roll that across the floor let alone pick it up.
Thanks. It is just 200kg, but it was not max weight , I try to not go for max weights
nowdays.

Man you are doing great! The old saying: "Gettn older is nothing for pussys!" is no joke. Im hitting 60 this year and is started working out at 12. Boxing was my start getting in to it. I feel I'm in great shape only because of my working out. Just compare yourself to your friends that dont work ou or never did, you be happy you are where you are. At least I have still that place to go to where I started when I was young. Its kind of cool. We all gettn old but fuck it, lets make the very best of it..
I think you are doing great just by being on this board.lol

At 56 Im just as strong as I was 30 years ago (Maybe stronger now). Injury will wear you down, especially wear/tear injuries, but rehab properly and come back.
Im not putting judochoke down, but if I remember correctly he was overweight.

Staying lean and fit will make aging less painful.
Cardio, walking, stretching, lifting, etc.  Look at "backday", lean and fit and still very strong.

I’m 65, been lifting from age 20, still lifting, but it’s hard:

Age 20-30- just a baby lifter, trying to learn from the older guys. Did a cycle of d-ball, from Ciba, gained 20 pounds. Also got some bitch tits, which luckily only I can see. Did deca and test, got another 20 pounds.

Age 30-40- completed in powerlifting during this time. Was average. 580 squat-420 bench-580 deadlift. 220, drug free. Did all the Venice beach contests, on the beach, was fun.

40-50- hit my prime- squat-405 for 20, 120 dumbbell presses, stronger than shit. Drug free.

50-60- still a force to be reckoned with. Lifted with younger friends, 315 for 10 bench, 315 got bent over rows, etc

Now at age 65- it’s tough. Always thought I would be able to bench 315 FOREVER. nope. I stick with 225, for sets of 6, but I lift very fast. 60- 75 second at the most. Knees are totally shot, so no leg work. Lower back is shot, so no heavy rows. Because I go so fast, all my old working sets are down in weight.

I finish my workout in 40–45 minutes. Totally drenched in sweat. I leave feeling alive and happy.

I am on 75 mgs of test from my doctor, which gets to 500-600 on my tests. All my blood work is perfect.

In one way I’m sad I can’t lift like I used to. But on the other hand, I want to live, to see my grandkids, to get as much money from my pension as I can. A lot of guys my age or younger are croaking. I don’t want to croak. 😎

Dude, you are a lying sack of shit...You didn't do those lifts 100% drug free...

Why do you think he didn’t do those lifts? Judochoke is a big guy and been lifting his whole life. Naturally at 42 I did db shoulder presses with 120s for 6 at 240, incline db benched 170s for 2-3 reps and flat benched 405 for a few. If you list a longtime you can no doubt hit your strength prime in 40s I’ve seen it many times naturally.

The thing is as you age is to still train as hard as you are able without getting injured of course.

It may not equal your former best but you are still training your ass off so who cares.

Father Time is undefeated but we can still crap with that bastard.

I had my first A-FIB attack probally around 45. Had to be shocked to get my heart back in Rhythm. Afterward, i had different Episodes, where i would take a medication to correct my heart rhythm. Along with the blood pressure meds, i took, (always had high blood pressure), taking steroids would not have been a good decision.

I was totally drug free in my 40s and 50s. I just worked hard, ate a lot of food, was about 270. In my 50s, i got a new doctor, and the first thing he did was to put me on a blood thinner, so i would not get a stroke with my A-FIB. So again, steroids would have been stupid.

I’m now on just 75 mgs a week for over 6 years now. And i feel fantastic.

Of course i do have issues, but dont we all😎

Haha nope. I did steroids from age 21-27 and never touched them again.

i never quit 'working' but sure u could say i scaled back workouts from 2 hours a day to maybe a 2 set workouts. I quit dieting however i always strive to be better. As we age antoxidant deficiencies grow exponentially wouldnt you agree

You cant just push hard if you dont have 'it' so im telling u its the good fats antioxidants that give you 'it'
You were obese last time you posted a pic

Getting older sucks but it beats the alternative (up to a certain point).

Not if you go to heaven and get your 72 virgins. This is why Hunter Biden seems to be in a hurry.

Hunter Biden probably won't go to heaven, sinner that he is. He will get 72 demons instead of virgins.
