I'm trying a 4-day (dropping another day) to see how it goes.
I was doing 6-days, then 5-days, will now drop back to 4...
Been feeling run-down, so maybe this will help. (Old guy stuff).
Chest day is really a Bench/Tricep day, I dont spend too much time training "Pecs".
Exercises listed are just the basic's, I swap out exercises here and there.
