I perform three sets of narrow grip pull-ups at the end of my back workout.

My back work is front lever, pulls/chins, bodyweight rows, and inverted pullups. I never do wide grip. Adding weight and single arm negatives make things hard enough. Still can't do a single arm pullup.

V-Bar pullups are great palms facing each other like JPM said earlier with a cable row attatchment.....one of my favorites......my back/lats suck but I love training it.

I agree that it matters to your joints, ligaments, and tendons. But I don’t agree that changing hand position can substantially make a muscle bigger.

Also my original post said nothing about joints, tendons or ligaments. It was about muscle growth.

Hands just a tad wider than shoulder width grip,chest to bar with a complete stretch in the bottom position....... if you can do them this way.....if not just do whatever the fuck works for you dammit.

I used to be able to do super wide pull ups with 4 45 pound plates on, thought it was useless so I stuck with only 3 45 pound plates instead

If the bodypart is meant to get big, it will get big no matter what you do.

Thst depends on how many strokes it takes, the less strokes the better the results, got to stay in the muscle building rep range

If I switch from over hand  lat pulldowns to under hand lat pulldowns, how much more should I expect my back to grow?

What if I do close grip barbell curls vs wide grip barbell curls—how many more inches will I put on my biceps?

Please advise.
