I e-mailed a giant by the name of Alexxx a while back. He was very polite and spoke with a slight Russian accent. Anyway, between his words or wisdom and cell-tech, I gained 40lbs of solid muscle in 30 days.

yeah yesterday i started up my nitro tech, cell tech stack and ive already put on 200 lbs of lean muscle. ;D

Guys, I was on the phone this morning with Jay and yes, he will be posting on Getbig soon, I sent a message to Ron about it to set up Jay with a Pro status so people relly believe that it's him.  I can't believe that he actually wants to post on boards cause he refused for years, too negative he always says.  He must feel there is a lot of fans here and that's why he's giving a shot.  I hope you guys make him feel welcome and treat him well.

I would trade Lee Priest for him anyday. Jay seems to keep it to himself when he doesn't like somthing people say but priest goes writing about it in magizine articles and starts using profanity, it's crazy ::)
