A couple of years back, when I was competing, I emailed Jay with some questions regarding peaking and he spent the time to write a lengthy email giving me some really solid tips. Needless to say his advice worked very well, and I'll never forget the effort he took to help me out. Really stands out in my book.

Also, unrelated to Jay, I had PM'd Tom Prince and asked for some advice, and he CALLED me and spent 25 minutes on his dime to help me out. Blew my mind, and no matter how many ppl line up against him I'll always say he's a class act in my book.

Too bad for Jay, two things will never happen:

It's interesting to note what a defeatist attitude he has too.  "Everyone has to fall".  Nice.  Is that really true?  Last I checked you're either beaten or you retire undefeated. 

Poor Jay!  His lifelong goals are now to defeat a man that he cannot touch - at least not by playing the size game.  Hell, Ronnie has better symmetry then Jay.

I don't know if your comment was in jest or serious, but I'll answer it seriously.

I don't qualify for stars. I competed in the NPC, did OK. I tore my pec and my quad and I've since not competed. I've tried twice but had difficulty training with enough intensity with my injuries while depleted. Now I have other interests, bodybuilding is a sideline hobby.

In my day I had interaction with a lot of pro's. Some were cool, some were downright rude. I won't name them but I'll say one of them looks like a TMNT in his most muscular.
