Hulkotron, please work with SC to get to the bottom of this.

To recap - your ability to get cleaned up and go to BJJ in the timeframe you posted has been deemed impossible due to logistics and proper hygiene.

So, in essence, you have been accused of lying, or showing up to BJJ a sweaty, stinky disgusting messing, spreading sweat, filth and covid all over the mats and other participants.

the 3 quarter back shot you looked fantastic , put your own stamp on it by kneeling lower, really enhanced the ham/quad split

Just curled 155lb for a double had more in the tank but sticking to the planned workout have 125 x 8 now for the warm down

If you haven’t noticed I have not posted an updated photo pic in sometime getbig would not even recognize me right now I am swole and have changed my look drastically. I currently have no neck at all but still 45 days from peak freak

Stick to the plan and progression. And then normally a small amount of time off before the contest.
(Sometimes a week, etc)..

So the 12 months a year you are lifting weights isn’t bodybuilding only the day you are in stage? Without weightlifting there is no bodybuilding it’s two sides of the same coin. As you lift more weights you get bigger and become a better bodybuilder it’s the same damn thing. Right now I 220lbs this am upon waking with abs that’s not bodybuilding? Unfortunately I have to get a hernia surgery in July which will set me back. By the the time I am peaking after that it will be winter and the shows are all in the spring and summer. But at a minimum I intend to enter the Charlotte Cup again next year. Right now I am recovering as much size and strength as possible before a forced surgery break from training for 6 weeks.
