Shit mate sorry to hear hope you get sorted soon is this since resuming trt mate?
yeah I have only taken 2 shots.It was already running a little high. I am doing cardio everyday this month and really watching my diet. I go see the doc the 27th. I am hoping it’s ok then.Thanks a lot Henda

Deadlifts - 4 sets (after 2 lighter warmup sets)
Lying Prone Incline DB Rows - 4 sets
Dumbell Pullovers- 4 sets

Barbell Shrugs - 3 sets

Lying Neck Plate Raises- 4 sets


Got it done early and went as heavy as I could for reps in good form !

Cook it may sound stupid but eat a few cucumbers a day. I eat maybe 6 mini cukes a day and it helps for sure. Everytime I eat cukes my bp drops after a few days.

I read this wrong and was waiting for Shizzo to confirm.

Using smith is helping, staying lighter, etc.
Frustrating as I can't push things at the moment (for bench) but at least it will heal better.
And I still can SQ and DL heavy, so it keeps me happy there.
I find that lifting light weights, isnt as fun for me...
