I just did 10 sets of 5 to 10 reps Smith Machine bent-over rows. Three sets of 2 lousy reps each set of close grip palms up chins. 7 sets of 1 to 42 reps of Smith Machine bench press and 3 sets of 5 reps DB flys.I am beat. This is the price I paid for keeping my job and getting the vaccine but my wife and family are worth it no matter the final outcome. I am so weak but I will not give up as I have inspiration from my son and my friends here as they train. Thannk you all!

I think everyone is physically capable of higher level strength. Nothing insane maybe a 225 x 10 incline bench, 55 or 60 lbs dumbell curls, 405 lbs x 5 dead.
March 26, 2023Rest DayI`m gonna` restock on groceries, then I`m chilling and eating whatever I want today.
Yesterday I had a pizza. Something I do once a month or so. It was a Dominoes Large. I was watching the new episode of "The Mandalorian" and the pizza did not last the entire episode. Oink. Dinner was 4 80/20 hamburger patties and some weak iced tea with pomegranate juice-like stuff mixed in. I need to go to the grocery store today but yesterday I filled the truck up with diesel and am near broke, LOL! I wish it had the 32 gallon tank but yesterday I was glad it didn't.

Today I did 10 sets of from 20 reps down to 5 reps on DB laterals for my delts, done at a 3 sec. count up then 3 sec. hold and then 3 sec. down. Yes, the weight was very light but it didn't feel like that for long.

6 sets leg extensions at home instead of taking a rest day I am doubling up pver the weekend so not heavy strenuous workouts but 2nd day of legs this week no I can not add size in 3 weeks yes I can bring out the cuts
