Lundsford is listed as 5' 6" also. For a decent time, 5'8" - 5'9" was considered the range most top bodybuilders fell into, perhaps we're on a slight downward trend.

I didn’t watch the show. Someday I might find the motivation to watch the final announcements.

But from what I heard on the RXmuscle video, Derek won the rear double bicep pose. That used to be THE pose.

Hadi did worse during the pre judging (7) and did great at the finals (6). Derek had a better pre judging ( 8 ) and a worse finals (9). A 4 point difference between them. Both did much better than Walker (15 17 32).

If he can hold it together, Derek will get a huge push going into the 2023 O. You could see it last night in the post O interviews. Derek was all smiles and had a good wholesome interview. The interviewers like him, and he had good presence on camera. Walker's interview seemed like a chore in comparision.

Hadi vs Derek will be the battle for the next couple of Olympias.
