The '70s are my favorite years for bodybuilding but I do like from the 1940s with Reeves and Ross and other greats on up to mid 1980s with Paris and others.

I still exercise in a t-shirt and under that what is probably now known as a "bhanky-T" but used to be called a "wife-beater", LOL!

Despite that I don't want to look like you at all. I'm very happy with where I'm at. And when I go to my job or the grocery store or the bank and I'm fully clothed people notice that I'm shape.  My waist is narrow. My shoulders and chest are full enough to give me a taper. My arms fill out the sleeves of my shirts- not because im wearing small shirts, but because I workout.

I guess if every time I put on my business casuals from TJ Maxx no one at all could ever even tell that I lift, then maybe Id be desperate enough to spam a board with my selfies or convince myself that the crowd at a Busch league hockey game wants me to flex for them. Get a life man.
